Boxing Truth Radio: Randall Bailey, Brian Viloria, Robert Garcia, hosted by Chavez and Lois
Aug 23, 2009 - In the longest episode of The Boxing Truth Radio ever, Chavez and Lois
welcome several prominent figures from the world of boxing.
Oxnard, California based trainer and former world champion Robert Garcia kicks-off the show to discuss Brian Viloria's Saturday night bout against Jesus Iribe in Honolulu, Hawaii. Garcia also discussed Steve Luevano's recent battle with Bernabe Concepcion.
Randall Bailey stopped by the show to chop it up on his Friday night ESPN bout against Juan Urango, but the chatter did not stop there. Bailey had some interesting comments regarding Manny Pacquiao and Timothy Bradley.
If
Garcia was not enough, Brian Viloria himself stopped in to discuss the
upcoming bout and speak on the possibility of fights with Ivan Calderon
and Edgar Sosa.
Fight sports writer Kevin Iole
jumped into the ruckus to discuss his transition from traditional print
journalism to Internet journalism, the differences between MMA and boxing, and the future of the sport.
All
this, including Chavez and Lois' thoughts on the weekend's action
between Juan Diaz and Paulie Malignaggi, on The Boxing Truth.
